Refund and Cancellation Policy

Applicability

This policy applies to paid digital products on upsceducation.in, such as paid notes PDFs, ebooks, previous year paper solutions and quizzes. Our free notes, blogs and practice papers are not covered.

Nature of the Product

All our paid products are digital. After successful payment, the file is available for instant download or access. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges or physical returns.

Cancellation Before Payment

You can leave the checkout at any time before paying. No money is charged and no order is created.

Cancellation After Payment

Because the product is delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful and the download or access is given.

When You Get a Full Refund

You will get a full refund if: the money was deducted but the order was not created because of a technical or payment gateway error; you were charged more than once for the same product; or the file is corrupted, cannot be opened or is different from what was described, and we are unable to fix it or send a correct file.

When a Refund Is Not Given

We cannot give a refund for: a change of mind; not having enough time to use the material; buying the wrong product by mistake when the file is correct; or a file that has been downloaded successfully and is working properly. Please check the title, description and sample details before you pay.

How to Request a Refund

Write to support@upsceducation.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 93106 16236 within 7 days of the payment date. Please send your name, the email or phone number used at checkout, the name of the product, and the Razorpay payment ID. We may ask for a screenshot of the payment.

Refund Processing Time

After we approve a refund, the money is sent back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) through Razorpay. It normally reaches you in 5 to 7 working days. Some banks may take a few more days to show it in your account.

Payment Partner

All payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date on this page shows the latest version.
